These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Haunted Hidden Hollows staff scheduling application and related communications (the "Service"), operated by Paul Bunyan Land LLC ("we," "us," "our," or "Company"). By submitting an application, providing your information, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
The Service is an internal scheduling tool used by Paul Bunyan Land LLC to recruit, schedule, and communicate with individuals who work as part of the Haunted Hidden Hollows seasonal attraction "Scream Team," including actors, ticket and gate staff, security, drivers, concessions staff, ride operators, and other event-night positions.
You must be at least 14 years of age to apply through the Service. If you are under 18, you represent that you have the permission of a parent or legal guardian to apply and participate as a Scream Team Member, and that a parent or guardian is aware of your schedule and participation.

Scheduling decisions, including which nights and positions you are assigned to, are made at the sole discretion of Paul Bunyan Land LLC, taking into account the availability you provide and other operational needs. We may:
Any season-end recognition, incentive, or bonus program, where offered, is provided at the sole discretion of Paul Bunyan Land LLC and is not a guaranteed term of participation. Eligibility criteria for any such program may change from season to season and will be communicated separately from these Terms.
Where a position involves compensation, payment amounts and terms will be communicated to you separately and are not established by these Terms. Nothing in these Terms or your use of the Service establishes an employment relationship, and your classification (including as an employee, independent contractor, or volunteer) is governed by separate agreements and applicable law, not by these Terms.
By providing your phone number and/or email address, you consent to receive scheduling-related communications from us via text message and/or email, as described in our Privacy Policy, including weekly schedule confirmations, cancellation alerts, and season application invitations. You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP, and may request removal from email communications by contacting us directly. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

We reserve the right to remove you from the schedule, decline to schedule you for future nights, or discontinue your access to the Service at our discretion, including for violation of these Terms, repeated no-call/no-shows, or other conduct inconsistent with the safe and orderly operation of Haunted Hidden Hollows.
The Service is provided "as is." While we take reasonable steps to keep scheduling information accurate and the Service operating reliably, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Paul Bunyan Land LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
